Is there any contract for house cleaning service?

You can choose to get  with or without contract. If you take weekly cleaning  service for less than 3 months, the charges will be slightly higher than “3 months contract price”.

How do I pay for my house cleaning services?

Payment can be transferred by ATM / ibanking or Cheque. Customer needs to drop the cheque to POSB cheque deposit box for cheque payment. Please make Full payment 1 day before the cleaning session.

How many people will be cleaning my house?
We always provide only one cleaner for weekly / regular house cleaning.
For one-time house cleaning, we provide one or more cleaners depends on the size of  your house (sq-ft) and the cleaning time we are given.

What do I need to provide for the cleaning?
Customers need to provide cleaning aids and agents (eg: broom,vacuum cleaner, mop & bucket,  sponge, brushes, clothes to wipe, all in one cleaner, bleach for toilet cleaning and floor, etc….).

Is it necessary to book for my preferred  cleaning date and time?
Yes. We always encourage our clients to do early booking by making down payment to get preferred cleaning date and time. Your house cleaning booking is confirmed only after we received your down payment.

Is there additional charges if cleaning services over weekends?
Yes, there is additional charges S$10 for one-time cleaning on weekend and S$5/session for weekly cleaning.

What is house cleaning service hours?
House cleaning service hour is daily from 9am to 10pm.

What if something goes missing from my house after house cleaning service?

This is our advise not to put any valuable item while there is house cleaning. But in case of lost, please inform us in 24hrs, and we will be responsible for the maximum amount of SGD $100. If the lost item is more than SGD $100, you can get help from the police to investigate the cleaner. We, Singapore cleaning service will not be responsible for any complain after 24hrs.

Is there insurance coverage for breakage of household items?
Our cleaners are always very careful not to disturb or damage in your home.  Should there be any breakage in the process of cleaning by our cleaners, we will be only be  liable for a maximum of SGD $100. We would not be responsible
if it’s due to wear and tear.

Do I need to inform in advance to get your cleaning service?
Allow us 3 days to arrange house cleaning service for you.
Please give us a call if you need cleaning service for your house cleaning urgently, Singapore cleaning service will try to arrange cleaning service for your house.

Can I prioritize my cleaning requirements instead of following the cleaning checklist from Singapore cleaning service?
Yes you can. You will need to supervise the cleaner what are the important areas to clean for  you.

How to book your house cleaning service to clean my house?
Down payment is required for booking our house cleaning service and it can be done by ATM or ibanking transfer.
Your house cleaning appointment is confirmed only after down payment has been received.
